Black Friday madness only happens one day a year, but new Wal-Mart employees are already getting a virtual look at how to handle the year’s biggest sales day.

The virtual reality training comes courtesy of STRIVR Labs, which partnered with Wal-Mart to install VR training platforms at each of its 200 Academy training centers. An estimated 150,000 new hires will have the opportunity to experience 360 degree videos of customer encounters.

STRIVR originally developed its virtual reality training for football programs, but has expanded to include professional sports teams like the Detroit Pistons and Washington Wizards.
